Saudi Arabia Stocks Close Higher; Tadawul All Share Gains 0.32%
Saudi Arabian stocks closed higher on Sunday, propelled by gains in the Media & Publishing, Telecoms & IT, and Industrial Investment sectors.
The Tadawul All Share index ended the session up 0.32% at the close in Saudi Arabia.
The session's top performers on the Tadawul All Share included Saudi Arabia Refineries Co. (TADAWUL:2030), which surged 7.41% or 4.00 points to finish at 58.00; Banan Real Estate Company SJSC (TADAWUL:4324), which added 4.17% or 0.12 points to close at 3.00; and Wafrah for Industry and Development Company SJSC (TADAWUL:2100), which rose 3.23% or 0.72 points to 23.03 in late trade.
The worst performers of the day included Riyad REIT (TADAWUL:4330), which dropped 4.06% or 0.20 points to trade at 4.73 at the close; Al Sorayai Trading & Industrial Group (TADAWUL:1213), which declined 2.81% or 0.47 points to end at 16.24; and Kingdom Holding Company (TADAWUL:4280), which moved down 2.17% or 0.31 points to 14.00.
Advancing stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 179 to 140, with 29 issues closing unchanged.
Shares of Riyad REIT (TADAWUL:4330) fell to all-time lows during the session, decreasing 4.06% or 0.20 points to 4.73.
Crude oil for October delivery was down 0.09% or $0.08 to $91.22 per barrel. Elsewhere, Brent oil for November delivery rose 0.35% or $0.33 to hit $95.85 a barrel, while December gold futures fell 1.38% or $62.70 to trade at $4,477.20 per troy ounce.
EUR/SAR changed 0.10% to 4.36, while USD/SAR was unchanged at 3.76.
The US Dollar Index Futures advanced 0.25%, trading at 99.13.
